The Heart Behind Optimistic Attitude

Before creating this brand, I worked as a Registered Behavioral Therapist, supporting neurodiverse individuals and learning every day about the power of empathy, patience, and an overall positive outlook.

Optimistic Attitude was born from these experiences, along with personal moments that revealed just how much strength exists in people who keep going — even when life gets heavy.

My mission is simple: to spread kindness, celebrate neurodiversity, and remind people that they’re never alone.
